Michelle is a fabulous and engaging speaker. I was already a fan of her videos and books. Yesterday I had the “Michelle” experience in person and was blown away. Limited to a one-hour presentation, all I can say is I absolutely wanted more. Michelle is great at demonstrating the behaviors that can make one successful.
Her book, The 11 Laws of Likability: Relationship Networking . . . Because People Do Business with People They Like (http://amzn.to/2dZU2OW), is a wonderful guide for everyone who wants to understand interactions with other people. I purchased her latest book, Nail the Interview, Land the Job: A Step-by-Step Guide for What to Do Before, During and After the Interview (http://amzn.to/2drzT2o), and can’t wait to dive in.
There is no trickery in her approach, and best of all you get to be your authentic self in your dealings with others. Michelle walks the walk and is truly inspirational, providing insights from which we can all benefit. Run, don’t walk, to her next presentation. You will be glad that you did.

I was the chairperson for a women's networking event at Baruch College called "Pearls Of Wisdom" about 6 years ago. I had extended an invite to Michelle to be a panelist. During the panel discussion, Michelle spoke about authenticity and truly connecting with people so that they will remember you. Funnily enough, after 6 years I still remembered Michelle's authenticity when she shared her "pearls of wisdom" with the young college women that night. I remembered her warmth and sense of humor, and how relatable she was with the audience.
Last year, I was helping a team to plan an external women's networking event. We needed a dynamic woman to be the keynote speaker, and I instinctively thought of Michelle. I followed Michelle's career through our connection on LinkedIn and saw the wonderful and successful things she had accomplished. I knew she would be the right fit for the event, and just the person the team was looking for. I contacted Michelle, and she replied right away and was so happy to connect after all these years. I told her the theme of the event, and she was excited to be a part of the event. As with most events you typically have setbacks and scheduling issues. Despite these issues, Michelle was flexible with her time and such an ease to work with throughout the process. She was very understanding and worked well with the team to come up with a presentation for our audience that fulfilled the theme requirement.
On the day of the event, Michelle arrived early to make sure everything was setup accordingly for her presentation, which helped the event run smoothly. After the setup, she spent time greeting our audience as they were seated waiting for the event to commence.
Michelle's presentation was very informative and engaging. She connected with the audience by encouraging their participation and giving little gifts as rewards. The feedback I received from the audience members were very positive. Everyone used the word "authentic" to describe Michelle, and that's exactly what I hoped for. They loved her sense of humor and the warmth she shared with everyone in the room. It was amazing to see everyone engaged in her presentation and not staring at their phones. She has a gift of grasping the audience's attention and truly connecting with them. I'm sure people present that evening will continue to remember her throughout the years for the same reasons I have.
It was truly a pleasure working with Michelle, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a truly inspiring speaker. I hope you get the opportunity to work with her and experience her talent and her authenticity!

We have worked with Michelle Lederman and the Executive Essentials team for the last three years and I cannot say enough good things about Michelle and her team. Michelle' company "Executive Essentials" is a one step shop for all training needs and I feel fortunate to have come across her. She is incredibly dedicated, insightful, smart, hard-working and effective. No matter the topic that we have her teach, she always delivers 110%!!! Most recently, I have been using Michelle as a communications coach and people cant seem to get enough of her. She is able to address all sorts of individuals - both seasoned and millenial's and all sorts of communication dilemmas with amazing and long lasting results! I would whole heartedly recommend Michelle to those companies that are looking for a versatile and impactful trainer!

Michelle Lederman spoke in March at the New York Junior League's annual Leadership Day event, which celebrates rising leaders within the organization and provides an opportunity for them to take part in a day of training which will support them in their volunteer and professional development. Michelle is bright, engaging, and professional on the phone, and she was as eager to know about her audience to carefully craft the training to the skill levels in the room. She asked thoughtful questions, and she provided lots of materials that were helpful in not only the preparation for the event, but also for the attendees who were able to take away valuable tools to implement immediately.
Michelle went the extra mile. She stayed well past her presentation time to answer questions and talk with the women attending the session, showing such investment and passion for her work. It was no surprise that the feedback I received from the participants reflected how much they enjoyed Michelle's warm, engaging, and fun approach to the session. Each table in the room took part in the interactive exercises, and Michelle was expertly able to relate to many personalities and shift gears to keep the material interesting and relevant to all interests.
I highly recommend Michelle, and I look forward to the opportunity of partnering with her again in another training event at the New York Junior League.
-Kara Van Norden, The New York Junior League
Michelle brings unmatched energy and expertise to her work. She is an inspired speaker with invaluable insight that translates into practical, actionable steps. Thanks, Michelle.

Michelle accepted an invitation to participate as an expert in the Business Networking Online Summit held in April 2016 where I interviewed 42 of the world’s leading authors, practitioners, thought leaders and experts in all topics related to business networking.
Michelle was a gracious and enthusiastic interviewee, teaching the principles and importance of likability in relationships. How important is likability in business? In her book, Michelle shares the 11 Laws of Likability and how you can leverage your network to greater success by being someone people know, LIKE and trust. I loved this book and highly recommend it and Michelle.
I highly recommend Michelle Tillis-Lederman to you.

Michelle Tillis Lederman gave a spectacular keynote presentation. Her engaging talk provided insights that helped my teammates and I grow as individuals. She was approachable, outgoing, and her message was poignant. After shadowing her for the day, I learned valuable lessons about communication, professional development, and networking. I was extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Mrs. Lederman, and I believe that her advice will serve as a valuable asset to any company, team, or organization.

I thoroughly enjoy working with Michelle Tillis Lederman. When I hire her to teach communications modules in the Rutgers Mini-MBA programs, I love to watch as she engages each and every person in the room. Michelle consistently receives rave reviews from our program participants. She is always able to adapt the content to the audience. In a recent program, she addressed physical aspects of communications with people transitioning from military to business careers. It was exactly what they needed to appropriately express non-verbals in a civilian setting. Needless to say, they were among the many to applaud her style and content. Big fan of Michelle Tillis Lederman!
-Margaret O'Donnell, Rutgers Business School
Michelle was the key note speaker at a recent women’s leadership conference. From the moment she stepped on stage she was engaging and charming. She translated her knowledge of personality types into leadership skills that can be used to connect with others and navigate difficult situations. She used humor and everyday situations to demonstrate her points - it was like having your best friend help you learn more about yourself. I also had the pleasure of talking with Michelle later in the event and found her to be genuinely warm and interested in connecting with others.
